great locationhelpful stafflimited breakfastfaulty hairdryer
the location was great. it was accessible to main streets and close to shops and restaurants. the staff were helpful and friendly. they assisted with directions and provided recommendations.
the breakfast lacked variety. i noticed they did not offer fresh orange juice and beans were absent from the continental options. the hairdryer in the room would cut out after a few minutes. it needed time to cool down before i could use it again.

The room was excessively hot. even with the window slightly open, it remained uncomfortable. the air conditioning didn't seem to work, frustrating. i also found the staff to be quite unfriendly. They barely acknowledged guests and seemed generally annoyed.
